OUR MISSION: The Union League Civic & Arts Foundation
develops and promotes programs that support education, civic responsibility
and the arts for children and young adults in the Chicago Metropolitan
Area.
Our emphasis is on programs the Civic & Arts Foundation initiates,
develops and funds. The Civic & Arts Foundation's programs
target financial need and merit. The Foundation
is rooted in a 55-year old history and it continues to forge its
path into the future by providing resources to cultivate the talents,
opportunities and dreams of its gifted beneficiaries.
At the Union League Civic & Arts Foundation, we wholeheartedly
believe in the value of the work that we do. We have witnessed
the ways in which cultural enrichment builds character and promotes
academic achievement and civic responsibility.
We believe in our mission and in the long-lasting effects that
our programs have not only in the individual lives of our beneficiaries,
but also in the Chicago community as a whole.
